Arabian Business Machines (ABM) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Maphive Technology Limited (Mapxus), a global leader in indoor mapping, navigation, and wayfinding solutions.
The agreement was formalized during a visit by a Hong Kong delegation to Saudi Arabia on 31 October 2025, led by Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po, who witnessed the signing ceremony, marking a key milestone in cross-border collaboration.

This collaboration strengthens ABM’s commitment to innovative, IoT-enabled smart building solutions. Together with Mapxus, ABM will deliver advanced indoor mapping, smart wayfinding, and digital spatial intelligence to enhance user experiences and operational performance.
Expanding Smart Indoor Navigation and Mapping Across the Kingdom
ABM and Mapxus plan to expand indoor navigation, wayfinding, and smart mapping solutions across key sectors in Saudi Arabia, including malls, airports, public service buildings, government facilities, and large commercial complexes.
ABM will also showcase its airport technology portfolio at the Saudi Global Airports Forum on 16–17 December with Mapxus.

Its first deployment at Al Rashid Mall in Khobar enhanced visitor wayfinding, operational efficiency, and energy management. This initiative earned the MECSR Retail Congress MENA 2025 Sustainability & ESG Award for its regional impact.
